Kevin Perez-Allen is an Executive-level political and nonprofit communications professional with 17 years of experience in leading communications efforts for candidate and ballot measure campaigns, issue-based advocacy groups, elected officials, and large-scale public projects, cultivating relationships with English and Spanish-language journalists around the country.

Currently a Vice President of Issue Advocacy at award-winning national Public Relations firm BerlinRosen, he previously served as Deputy Director of Communications for the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO), the nonpartisan leadership organization of the nation's more than 6,800 Latino public servants, and Director of Hispanic Media for National Security Leaders for Biden (NSL for Biden) during the 2020 election.

Perez-Allen was an elected delegate to his home-state California Democratic Party from 2012-2016, serving as a member of the Chicano Latino Caucus and the Environmental Caucus.

A first-generation college graduate, he is an alumnus of Whittier College, and he continues to serve on its Alumni Board of Directors.
