I created various web things & businesses. Most recently I co-founded The Feed - helping athletes and outdoor adventure seekers eat better. I've done some moonlighthing as a sport director in professional cycling. I like big ideas, good design, cycling, skiing, surfing, lego and living in the woods.

I'm currently and advisor with 94 Forward, a really cool sport development foundation in Victoria, BC. I donate my time on three boards: Global Relay Bridge The Gap, O3CF and Premier Tech Cycling Ltd. I'm passionate about helping athletes accomplish big things by guiding the organizations that support them to be boldly better every day. You can read more about this work here →
