Kevin Kirkwood

Now in his 14th year of residential property management, Kevin Kirkwood oversees a property portfolio of more than 65 single-family houses in bustling Scottsdale, Arizona. The owner of Scottsdale’s KRK Realty & Management, Inc. as well as its designated broker, he develops the procedures and policies necessary for efficient management of those properties, and negotiates with vendors and contractors to ensure that necessary maintenance and repairs are performed quickly and properly. In addition, on those occasions when disputes arise between a tenant and the client for whom he is managing the property, Kevin Kirkwood quickly resolves the issues.

Kevin Kirkwood has been in the real estate industry since 1997, and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. Prior to joining KRK in 2002, the year he earned his broker’s license, he was a licensed agent at American Realty Brokers in Phoenix, where he represented buyers and sellers in traditional real estate transactions and learned the intricacies of property management.

Trained in accounting, Kevin Kirkwood earned his BS from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1993. An avid cycler, he was instrumental in the founding of the Camelback Cycling Club, a group he still serves as treasurer.
