My name is Kevin Turner, and I am 35 years old. I have been a high school teacher and coach for the past decade, but have begun focusing on helping people get healthy since December 2011, as I have started my own lifestyle transformation. I am currently a strength and conditioning coach working with athletes and general population people from elite level black belts, to working moms, and D1 level basketball players.
