Kevin A. Tuttle, Orlando, Florida, has spent over 23-years in the Finance space and has over a decade of C-level management experience. Given this combined passion, along with 20-years of publications focused on education, he leads Collective Management to help others develop, design and implement turn-key business solutions. He is now considered the Central Florida Regional Director for one of the largest and fastest growing consortiums of Real Estate Investors in the country.
Tuttle has devoted the last two decades to engineering these turn-key business strategy solutions for developing companies ranging from basic-concept, to start-up, to initial-seed, to early-growth. The premise of these solutions is centered on procedures, risk-evaluation, tax-mitigation, accelerated debt reduction through velocity banking, and overall ROI.
Over the years, by combining his extensive business acumen with the statistical, mathematical and business analysis expertise, he developed a systematic rules-based quantitative model which is still used in many industries today. Along this journey, Tuttle’s aspirations not only drove the methodology of managing a business, but also in promoting education. As an active REI and strategy consultant, these combined directives led him to becoming a published author, a public speaker, and a recognized media commentator.
Since 2000 he has authored hundreds of educational newsletters and penned numerous whitepapers. In 2002, Kevin A. Tuttle became the first technical analyst to write for the Emmy award winning Minyanville.com with Todd Harrison, where he published articles for over a decade. In 2003 Tuttle created and published The 100-Year Market Theory and became one of the pioneers of systematic risk mitigation relating to behavioral finance; emotional decision making. In 2006 he co-authored the book "Master Traders; Strategies for Superior Returns from Today's Top Traders,"published by Wiley. Most recently, 2014, he authored the book “An Evolutionary Perspective of Investment Risk.”
