A performance-driven hospitality leader and real estate professional with twenty-five years of broad hospitality industry experience between property-level hotel operations and corporate-level hotel and franchisee support.

I now bring my hospitality and leadership experience to my role as a buyer's and seller's agent for real estate transactions. A licensed REALTOR-ASSOCIATE and Affiliate Broker with Crye-Leike Realtors in Memphis, TN, I serve the greater Memphis area and provide my clients with first class service focused on their unique needs. My goal is to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, and I do this by maximizing my expert marketing and analytics skills along with by customer service and negotiation experience.

The first twelve years of my career included effective leadership of several hotel teams with a strong focus on selecting the right team members, training, guest service and product delivery, revenue management, sales and marketing, competitive analysis, quality control and budgeting.

I have proudly spent the last fourteen years in my hospitality career consulting with owners, hotel management and sales teams by representing and supporting franchisees of Hampton, the leading brand in the upper midscale hotel segment. I provided strategic and tactical direction for Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Hampton by Hilton brands in the United States, Canada and Latin America covering a variety of topics, ultimately contributing to the success of franchised hotels and the growth of the Hampton brand.

Over the last seven years of my hospitality career, I also provided focused pre-opening, opening and ramp-up tactical support for franchisees of developing, new construction and conversion hotels in the United States and Latin America directly contributing to the successful openings of over 250 Hampton hotels and helping to improve fair-share ramp-up performance from 9-12 months to 3-6 months after opening.

A positive service attitude, excellent communication skills, resourceful collaboration skills and a creative problem solving talent have always served me, my employers and my customers well.

I am now actively seeking a new leadership role or consulting opportunity within the hospitality industry that would benefit from my experience, skills, talent and passion.
