Kevin Austin

I am a Technical Business Analyst and Agile Coach currently working in Corporate & Investment Banking. I help teams drive requirements, improve collaboration and process, manage work more effectively, and build better customer relationships.

I have worked across Banking, Energy, Media, Outsourcing, and Telecoms specializing in Lean and Agile improvements and, in particular, with teams and projects in globally distributed locations.

In addition, I am also co-organizer of Lean Agile Glasgow – a monthly event for the Scottish Agile community.
