Kevin Beigel

As founder and senior attorney of Beigel Law, Kevin Beigel offers a broad range of immigration law services for both corporate and individual clients. From its headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, this firm offers targeted, cross-border legal representation and advice, handling cases in both the Canadian and United States immigration legal systems. Before assuming his current position in 2009, Kevin Beigel served 5 years as a partner and immigration law specialist with the Toronto firm of Guberman, Garson, & Bush.

Mr. Beigel began practicing law in the greater Toronto area in 1997. In addition to serving his clients directly, he provided valuable business immigration information as a regular columnist with Carswell's Legal Alert from 2005 to 2018. He has been a member of numerous law organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers' Association and the Law Society of Ontario.

Outside of the professional environment, Mr. Beigel is an avid skier, cyclist, and hiker. He also enjoys taking backcountry canoe trips.
