For many years, Kevin worked as a sales manager for local advertising firm Pulse Direct. He learned about the ins and outs of marketing and sales from some of the biggest names in the industry, such as the marketing directors of Fortune 500 companies. He also spent time sourcing targets and writing copy.
During his time with the firm, Kevin was able to work with various design teams. He also produced over 500 direct mail ads. He was named the Top Account Manager in Sales Dollars two years in a row. Kevin was able to help develop effective internet marketing strategies for the firm. He also brought new clients into the company.
As the district manager of PFG Capital, Kevin was able to oversee the operations of 30 facilities. He also trained and manage 45 employees. He brought projects under budget and on time, as well as develop new revenue streams through the leasing of cell towers and truck programs.
As the director of operations for The UPS Store and Self-storage Asset Management, Kevin was responsible for overseeing the operations of both facilities. He also identified potential investors and develop strategies to improve the efficiency of both operations and properties. He gained extensive experience in this role by managing a staff of 25 managers and an assistant.
For six years, Kevin was the Vice President of Acquisitions and Brokerage for Investment Real Estate. Since it was founded in 1998, the company has been focused on the self-storage industry. They are one of the few companies in the country that provide its clients with a full range of services.
