I have led men and women in and out of combat on three continents. I have managed and led multinational combat operations and civil projects that remodeled schools, built and secured voting centers, and restored power. To say "I" did these things alone, or that I was the main reason these things were accomplished, would be a lie. I would have failed miserably without my team. I dont always have the answers, but I have a knack for building the team that can find the answer. The world is changed by teams.
