Kevin is a multifamily real estate professional, competitive tower runner, wild food enthusiast and founding partner of CogenIQ, a software startup that specializes in financial derivative valuation solutions.

Kevin has twice finished 10th in the towerrunning.com world cup (2010 & 2011) and currently holds the course record in Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas, the tallest building west of the Mississipp. In 2012 Kevin supported Kacie Fischer in setting the trans US inline skate world record while raising funds and awareness for the Special Olympics.
