My online personal training offers a therapeutic approach of bioenergetics that incorporates breathing techniques, body movement, body exercises, physiotherapy, and free expression of feelings to enhance self awareness around well-being and relieve physical and emotional tension. Unlike most personal trainers who only offer 1 or 2 hour training lessons, I offer classes that will suit the busy person on a more personal level. Classes online are shorter but more consistent making the overall experience more effective in reaching your health and fitness goals.
