Kevin Edmundson

A legal professional at Hohmann, Taube & Summers, Kevin Edmundson represents corporate and executive clients in a wide range of litigation and investigation matters. Many of his cases are related to fraudulent accounting and front running schemes. Prior to joining the firm in January 2013, Kevin Edmundson spent sixteen years at the Securities and Exchanges Commission. During this time, he held a variety of executive and supervisory positions, including that of assistant regional director for four years.

Mr. Edmundson often is called upon for speaking engagements and panel discussions. He has served as a panelist during the National Institute on Securities Fraud’s annual conferences. Additionally, he performed as a guest lecturer at the Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he spoke on the SEC enforcement program.

In 1990, Kevin Edmundson graduated from the Catholic University of America with a juris doctor. During his studies, he held the position of assistant editor at the Catholic University Law Review.
