Kevin Gantos was born in Ohio on August 23rd, 1957. His mother Gloria Gantos was a successful Entrepreneur that helped form the young Kevin's business sense. Kevin acknowledges his mother's influence by stating that, "My mother was my mentor and I learned a tremendous amount about every aspect of life from her; and from reading as many books as I could get my hands on about people winning." By the age of 29 Kevin had gained the necessary business skills and the teams to go on to build a real estate portfolio consisting of parcels of land, multiple rental units, single units and commercial properties. But on January 7th, 2000 he got the call his mother had passed away in La Jolla, California. This brought Kevin out to Southern California where is brother and sisters put his mother's ashes out to sea in San Diego. At that moment his family of five was California bound. Naturally his real estate portfolio grew and he started more companies. He created a new company which became an umbrella company for all his real estate development, finance, and construction companies.
