First, thanks for reading this.

As a business improvement specialist, I have been implementing technology based business solutions for over thirty years. During that time, I have come to understand that whatever the technology, there are some fundamental things that need to be done to make it work. These fundementals work for all businesses and are necessary to grow a business significantly. By work I mean increasing income while reducing costs and improving customer service. It can be done but unfortunately so often it is not!

If you are still with me, I have worked with very large corporates through to smaller companies, all who want to achieve the same thing, improved bottom line. I flatter myself that I have achieved that across a large range of businesses - clients include Lloyds TSB, Logica/CMG, City Practitioners, Bank Misr (Egypt) and Capco as well as local smes and sole traders.

I take my work in the not for profit sector as seriously as my paid work and can show considerable improvements in operation as Resources Co-ordinator at a community centre based in Aylesbury, an area board member of Young Enterprise and as Chairman of Governors at a local secondary school.
