Kevin Hayes Baton Rouge

I am a Baton Rouge–based legal and legislative professional and the owner of Hayes Strategic Solutions LLC. My work focuses on helping clients navigate complex policy and regulatory environments, with an emphasis on planning, discipline, and follow-through.

I grew up in Metairie, Louisiana, and learned early on the value of structure and hard work. I attended Jesuit High School and later Louisiana State University, where I ran for student government president and finished as runner-up. I went on to earn my law degree from Southern University Law Center in 1991.

I began my career in public service as General Counsel for the Louisiana Senate Commerce Committee. That experience gave me a strong foundation in how laws are developed and applied. I later became a partner at Roedel Parsons and Adams and Reese, where I expanded my work in legal and business strategy.

Today, I focus on lobbying and strategic advisory work. I often testify at the legislature and help guide clients through complex challenges. I believe credibility, trust, and consistency matter most. For me, success means doing what I say I will do and being able to stand behind my work every day.
