Kevin Kajy

Kevin Kajy is an entrepreneur, executive operator, and management consultant with more than 20 years of experience across mortgage lending, financial services, and professional consulting. His work has centered on building disciplined operations, leading teams through change, and creating organizations that can grow without losing control or focus. As the Founder and Managing Director of Kajy Management, he works closely with ownership groups and executive teams to improve execution, strengthen leadership alignment, and support sustainable business performance. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of BrightView Care, a behavioral health services organization that delivers evidence-based care within scalable, compliant operating systems.

Kevin began his career in mortgage lending and financial services, where early roles required a strong understanding of sales execution, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance. These positions provided direct exposure to the demands of performance-driven and highly regulated environments. As his career progressed, responsibilities expanded beyond individual production to include team oversight, pipeline management, and operational coordination.

Over more than 15 years, Kajy served in senior leadership roles at multiple financial institutions, including positions as Branch Manager, Team Leader, Loan Officer, and Owner. In these roles, he was accountable for daily branch operations, staffing, sales production, and regulatory adherence. He led teams through shifting market conditions while maintaining consistent operational discipline. His responsibilities included recruiting and training personnel, supervising loan production, reviewing files for quality and compliance, and ensuring that branch activity met institutional and regulatory standards.

From 2013 through 2020, Kevin served as a Branch Manager in Michigan, providing steady leadership amid regulatory change and market pressure. These roles required close attention to compliance expectations, performance metrics, and team development. Since 2021, he has remained active in lending as an Owner and Mortgage Loan Originator, balancing direct production responsibilities with broader executive oversight.

After establishing himself as a senior leader in financial services, Kajy transitioned into ownership and consulting. In 2017, he founded Kajy Management to help growing companies address operational gaps and execution challenges. His consulting work focuses on organizational structure, performance measurement, and leadership accountability, drawing on firsthand experience building and operating businesses.

In healthcare, he oversees BrightView Care with responsibility for executive strategy, operational infrastructure, and organizational development. Behavioral health operations require careful attention to licensing, documentation, and oversight, which he addresses through strong internal controls and aligned leadership practices. Throughout his career, he has led large, multi-disciplinary teams and maintained direct responsibility for financial performance, including budgeting and profit oversight.
