After high school, I was unsure on what to study. My dads side of the family have all went in sciences and have tried to influence me in pursuing my studies in engineering. I had no interest in engineering and was then pushed to go into architecture. I decided to give architecture a chance but after a semester I had no interest in pursuing my studies in that field. My mom's side of the family are all in business and I have always had a passion for business. My passion for business began when I was 16. I have always had a strong passion for cars. I started doing research on cars that were for sale at bellow market value. I would then check to see if there was any major problem with the care and if there was no major problem I would buy the car and fix whatever needed to get fixed (if it needed something). I would also do the same thing with car parts. I would buy tires that are priced below cost and then resale them for profit. I then decided to study in something that really interested me and that was business. I then decided to study at Algonquin college and take the business and administration program. After the first semester I knew I had taken the right program. After 3 semester I had to pick a major. Few courses that interested me in the program were International Business and the operation management course. After a lot of thinking I have decided to study in international business for many reasons. One of them is the fact that I love to travel. Why would that matter ? I have always had a passion on seeing how business were done abroad. The negotiation and how the culture has an impact on how business is being done. Since I have enjoyed the supply chain management course I intend to go to university in that field and expend my business knowledge.
