Kevin McCluskey

Kevin McCluskey is a musician with a new CD out called “Trust”. The new CD features Paula Cole guitarist Kevin Barry, bassist Michael Rivard of the Story and folk luminaries The Burns Sisters.

Billboard Magazine calls McCluskey’s work “wonderfully soulful...between John Fogarty and John Gorka...”

His first CD, “This Distant Light”, was nominated for a Boston Music Award and featured Mary-Chapin Carpenter guitarist Duke Levin, Catie Curtis and Ellis Paul.

Besides working as a performing artist, Kevin books venues and helps other musicians with their careers. He is an Assistant Professor at Berklee College of Music, where he teaches courses on music business, and is the Executive Producer for Jazz Revelation Records, the student label.

He is also wrote for Northeast Performer, the largest music trade publication in the region. He co-hosted and produced the New England Coffeehouse Hour for 91.9 WUMB, a NPR affiliate in Boston, MA., where he was a DJ and Music Director.
