I am a digital strategist, technologist and media thought leader. Developing new monetization and revenue streams is key to my digital transformation methodology. I recently led digital strategy, business development and integrated marketing as Senior Vice President of Ebony Media Operations f.k.a. Johnson Publishing Company home of the once iconic EBONY and JET media brands. I leverage the disciplines of advertising, content licensing, media technology and strategic partnerships to impact entrepreneurial driven organizations. I consider myself to be cool, calm and always connected. I am an accomplished leader and player's coach of high performing teams. My experience includes leading product development initiatives for companies like Sears, the NewME Accelerator, the RLJ Companies,, Professional Diversity Network, IAC, Tribune Media, UptownMagazine, VIBE, and many others.

My earlier roles have included VP, Global Business Development and Product Strategy for Cision; co-founder / VP of Product and Content at (the IAC vertical search portal); and pioneer of Social TV and the Electronic Program Guidance (EPG) service (America's fave TV, Movie, & Celebrity destination), where I was Head of Affiliate Products and Programs for the Tribune Media Services division.

As a husband, father, community leader, House music historian, and a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi; I enjoy snowboarding, cycling, and sports cars. Through a digital lens, I strive to shatter and disrupt all notions of what it means to be a renaissance professional. Let's connect and transform!
