I'm also a public relations and marketing consultant and writer. For the past 25 years, I've been the guy software companies like Oracle, BEA and Opsware hire to do PR and give their brand a voice.

Before that, I taught undergraduate writing and literature courses at the University of California, Irvine.

When I'm not busy being a dad or making a living, you might find me with a computer, a book, a camera, a movie, a synthesizer, a guitar, or a telescope.
