I work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements
  I lead requirements gathering through stakeholder engagement and process analysis, then translate business needs into clear documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Process Improvement & Automation
  I analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and implement automation solutions that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
• System Design & Implementation Support
  I contribute to designing high-level system solutions, support integrations such as GPS and APIs, and work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation.
• Operational & Financial Alignment
  I enhance operational visibility through dashboards and reporting, and improve financial accuracy by aligning system outputs with invoicing and accounting processes.
• Data Analysis & Insights
  I use Excel and reporting tools to analyze data, identify trends, and support decision-making with clear, actionable insights.
• Delivery & Collaboration
  I support the full system lifecycle, including testing, rollout, and continuous improvement, while acting as the link between stakeholders and technical teams.
