Kevin Niksarli

As Medical Director of Manhattan Lasik Center, Dr. Kevin Niksarli has performed more than 50,000 successful LASIK procedures. Dr. Kevin Niksarli’s New York and New Jersey-based Manhattan Lasik Center focuses exclusively on laser eye surgery. Frequently sought out by other surgeons to perform consultations and provide expert opinions on complex LASIK cases, Dr. Niksarli has instructed and overseen many other LASIK surgeons over the course of his career.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Columbia University, Dr. Kevin Niksarli obtained his medical degree from Weill Cornell University Medical College. Following an internal medicine internship, Dr. Niksarli completed his residency in eye surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr. Kevin Niksarli earned the position of Chief Resident in his final year there.

After his residency, Dr. Niksarli continued his studies in ophthalmology at Harvard University. Dr. Kevin Niksarli subsequently participated in a fellowship at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital. Board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, Dr. Kevin Niksarli remains on staff at Lenox Hill Hospital, as well as at the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital. Licensed to perform a broad range of vision correction surgeries, including corneal transplants, cataract surgery, LASIK, and PRK.

Dr. Kevin Niksarli possesses experience in all the major laser eye surgery platforms currently available in the United States. Dr. Kevin Niksarli’s mastery of the field of laser eye surgery has attracted patients from across the globe and resulted in a VISX Star award, a recognition only offered to the top 5% of LASIK surgeons in the country.
