Hello, I am the Chief Operating Officer for the Human Resources Division at The Payroll Company located in Middleton, WI. The Payroll Company has been providing payroll and human resources solutions to organizations of all sizes throughout the U.S. since 1998.

I have approximately 25 years of Human Resources and other senior management experience working in various positions at mid-sized organizations. I have been advising clients as a consultant and HR Strategist since 2004. From an educational standpoint, I hold a B.A. in Psychology, with minors in Communication and Sociology, as well as a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations.
