As a co-founder of buy.com. I grew it from a 3 person start-up company into the 2nd largest on line retailer. I managed over 50 print magazine brands achieving 200% growth in the first year and steady 20% growth year over year. I have worked with fortune 500 companies to deliver their e-commerce solutions. and I have played a critical role in every stage of business growth.

I directly managed diverse teams of over thirty people local, remote and off shore. I have managed projects for new businesses, new technology products, business development, and software applications.
