Kevin Rubin

I have spent my professional career leading finance teams in rapid-growth public and private technology companies. I am currently the Chief Financial Officer of Pictage, Inc., a private equity-backed Software-as-a-Service hosting and workflow solutions provider to the professional photography industry. I previously served as Chief Financial Officer for DataDirect Networks, a data storage equipment provider, and MRV Communications, a publicly traded telecommunications equipment provider. My responsibilities have included company-wide general and administrative functions, including finance, accounting, regulatory compliance, contracts and legal, investor relations, tax, and treasury. I am a Certified Public Accountant in California (inactive) and hold a bachelor’s degree in business economics, with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

I am the proud father of two boys, Zachary (11) and Spencer (8), and humbled husband to Dana, an amazing wife, mother, and teacher. We live in Porter Ranch, California and are all avid Lakers' fans...
