Kevin Seawright is an administrative strategist, specializing in executive and financial operations. Currently Kevin is working as the Vice President & Chief Financial Advisor for the Newark Economic Development Corporation.

Prior to his appointment as Vice President, Mr. Seawright really made a name for himself in 2011, when he took the reins as Vice President of Operations and Human Capital at Tito Construction. That would lead to his appointment as Executive Director of Operations for Maryland in 2012.

Kevin Seawright has a Masters degree in Accounting from Almeda University. He has also received his Executive Leadership Certification from Mendoza Business University.

But Kevin Seawright's real passion comes from his real estate development company, RPS Solutions LLC. Kevin Founded RPS in 2015 as a solution to the housing crisis in Baltimore. As gentrification takes over the city, RPS is doing it's part to purchase and develop properties for middle- to lower-income families. Specifically targeting families, senior citizens, or special needs citizens that might not otherwise be able to purchase a home.

Kevin Seawright also works to improve opportunities for lower income individuals in Philadelphia as Chairman of the Board for Park Heights Renaissance (PHR).
