I work at the intersection of technology adoption and change management in the public safety and public health sectors. At W.S. Darley & Company, I spent over 13 years bringing innovative solutions to market, ranging from water purification systems to virtual reality training for first responders. In 2017, I founded SmartFireFighting.com to accelerate technology adoption and change management within the fire service. I have raised more than $1.5 million for water and firefighting nonprofits and remain committed to advancing public safety initiatives. As a lecturer at DePaul University and host of the SDG Talks Podcast, I connect people, ideas, and technology to drive meaningful, lasting change. In 2024, I launched my own company, partnering with start-ups and nonprofits to deliver impact across the public safety and public health markets.
