When I first entered corporate America, there were three basic principles that defined your success in business. Always look a person in the eyes of whom you are speaking to, your word is your bond, and seal the deal with a firm handshake. Technology, progress and change has all but re-defined those methods, however I still maintain those three core beliefs as my moral foundation for personal and professional success.

I have over twenty years of industry experience, providing Network and Desktop support solutions in which I have demonstrated success in managing these full project lifestyles. I possess a deep understanding of how to utilize technology in order to deliver enterprise solutions that meet the requirements of business, today.

My experience includes strong hands-on technical skills with impressive attention to detail and unprecedented Customer Service skills. I am highly skilled with system and network troubleshooting and resolution, hardware and software implementation (both server and client-side).

I am currently on my last year for a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Sciences (CIS) at Walden University, with an emphasis on Network Administration. My goal is to partner my physical experience with an accredited education in technology, graphics and web-based applications.

I have proven the ability to manage large scale projects, consistently delivering these engagements within time and budget constraints. I possess a solid track record for leading teams and motivating technical professionals in order to achieve high levels of performance. These trends I intend to continue long into the future of my personal and professional lifestyles.
