Kevin Threatt

Kevin Threatt has 22 years of experience in engineering and project management including equipment and facilities design engineering, construction of facilities and the development of new technology for industry. As a leader in his industry, Kevin has the extensive experience and knowledge in project management, facilities construction, equipment design, systems development including design, fabrication, construction, inspection, and applications involving code requirements. Kevin Threatt has had great success with both engineering design and construction of nuclear and non nuclear facilities as well. As a project manager, Kevin has demonstrated the sound skills necessary for managing and instructing teams of professionals and has practical experience dealing with ASTM, ASME, NQA-1, ANSI, AWS codes and standards.

Kevin Threatt is currently the Quality Assurance Manager at Golden Sands General Contractors where he ensures quality in the construction of hardened dome facilities at commercial nuclear power stations. Furthermore, Kevin developed and manages nuclear construction compliant QA / QC program for the company.

A graduate from the University of South Carolina - Columbia, Kevin earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Kevin Threatt completed his Associates of Science in Engineering Design at Midlands Technical College.

Kevin now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina where he enjoys racing motorcycles, sports bikes and taking trips to the beach.
