Kevin Urban is an actor and personal brander from New York City. Kevin helps creatives to establish their own personal brand, which in turn helps them authentically package their own ventures. His recent Tedx: "The Price of Pleasing" explains his philosophy.

Having originally concentrated on branding actors, Kevin broadened his clientele after realizing that everyone can benefit from understanding how they are perceived in society. Kevin is a part of Pressler Collaborative focusing on branding.

As an actor, Kevin is a member of SAG-AFTRA and Actors Equity and his career has spanned television, film, national commercials and regional musical theater. Most recently Kevin filmed Family Fang directed by Jason Bateman.

As a teacher, Kevin's approach is holisitc; focusing on the psychological, physiolgical, and the emotional with the philosophy that everyone is talented in some way. It's the job of the student with the teacher's guidance to unlock that talent. Informed by his love of business models and design, Kevin’s talent to collect and synthesize information in an effective way helps clients connect the missing dots in their career. With a flair for the visual, Kevin’s strengths lie in packaging and design with a clear plan of how to combine talents and business acumen.

Kevin has taught classes for PACE University, New York Conservatory of Dramatic Arts, New York Film Academy, Musical Theater Educators Aliance, Baldwin Wallace, and on both coasts with The Savvy Actor Inc., the latter of which he co-founded. Kevin has taught students from over 23 different countries, and recently returned from Helsinki, Finland where he led workshops on "Personal Branding For A Global Society." His clients can be seen gracing Broadway stages, on FOX, NBC, CBS, HBO and in major motion pictures.
