Kevin Van Boven is an entrepreneur, strategy leader, and the founder of two emerging ventures: AIONALPHA, an explainable and regulated AI portfolio infrastructure platform, and Athens Riviera Retreats, a transformation and wellbeing retreat organization based on the Athenian coastline.
Before launching his own companies, Kevin built a 20-year international career across Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and Greece. He served as General Manager and later Strategy Director for Philip Morris, leading large teams, transformation programs, and high-stakes strategic initiatives in regulated environments.
Known for his structured thinking, disciplined execution, and human-centered leadership, Kevin bridges the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds. His current focus is building products and experiences that help people make smarter decisions — financially, mentally, and professionally — through transparency, responsibility, and clarity.
He lives on the Athens Riviera with his wife and two children.
