I was born and raised in Indiana by my two loving parents, Long & Sinh. Fortunately, I am within the minority of vietnamese men who are taller than 6' so I would like to thank my father (not so much my mother) for that gift. I am thankful for my mother's ambitious drive and unwavering faith that she undoubtedly passed on to my brother and I.
My journey is just starting, but writing this helps me reflect on my wonderful experiences that keeps fueling my passion to learn & succeed. I graduated Purdue University as an Industrial Engineer and had early success with General Motors, General Electric, and now Miebach Consulting all in various supply chain related occupations.
Recently, I've pushed myself from a simple interest in start-ups and entrepreneurship to a full-blown exploration of the culture. I sit on the board for a non-profit start-up, Carel Associates, that focuses on college prep for students in central Indiana. I've taken a leap and started LocalHands, a platform for busy professionals to outsource tasks. And now in my pursuit of success, I have uncovered a wildly popular tech/trep/start-up scene in Indianapolis and the Midwest. It's fascinating to see what has been evolving right under my nose as I sleep at night.
I believe in a very open, supportive company culture and hope to continue becoming a well-rounded professional. I don't believe in a dream job, but rather a dream company. Feel free to connect with me about anything, I welcome any open dialogue.
