I am a Business and Life Coach who believes that great results are never achieved in isolation. The most successful people in life have had a 'coach' in their circle - someone who can challenge their beliefs and assumptions, support them in difficult situations and help them make better decisions.

Business Coaching:

I partner with business owners and leaders, their teams and employees to create lasting change within the organization. Having been a small business owner since 1990 and having mostly small business clients, I have an affinity for the entrepreneur and his or her vision.

I can assist with:
- Coaching the business owner/leader and staff through challenges and toward objectives
- Improving communications with staff and customers
- Strategic planning and visioning
- Needs Analysis
- Creating and implementing standards and processes
- Discovering possibilities within problems

Individual Coaching:

All transformation comes from within yet that’s often the most difficult place to access on our own. Partnering with a coach can facilitate access to those hard-to-reach areas by creating an open and supportive space to explore, grow and eventually succeed. Life becomes fun again!

Past coaching clients have reported better confidence, clarity and purpose. Success stories include job promotions and raises, healed relationships, better outlook and sense of self-worth and a freedom to explore their life's purpose.

I'm also a seasoned Law of Attraction instructor (Abraham-Hicks) and can include this foundation within the coaching for even faster and deeper results.

Each coaching relationship begins with a complementary Discovery/Strategy Session.

I am credentialed as a coach through the International Coach Federation and have also trained in Mediation and Advanced Dispute Resolution.
