Keygent LLC is a municipal advisor based in El Segundo, California. We have been providing municipal advisory services to California school and community college districts since 2008. Our municipal advisory practice was founded by public financial professionals who were previously California education underwriters.

Our team members have 75 years of combined experience working with California school and community college districts. Keygent advises on all types of debt financings such as general obligation bonds, certificates of participation, bond refinancings, tax and revenue anticipation notes, bond anticipation notes, and community facilities district special tax bonds. Since 2008, Keygent has advised on over 600 financings totaling nearly $25 billion.

In addition to to serving as a municipal advisor, Keygent provides continuing disclosure dissemination agent services to assist California school and community college districts with ongoing debt reporting requirements.
