Small words have big meaning. This is a phase I've learned from the countless guiding lights called my teachers. In my journey of becoming an aspiring teacher myself, each and everyone one of them left me a little something behind to grasp on to.
A thought, an idea, and a dream.
I am a 2011 Golden Apple Scholar, currentling attending my second year at DePaul University. I am currently acquiring a degree in Secondary Education, with endorsements in Historical Fine Arts. I've adore teaching because of those snippets of words that had meant something much larger than I'd ever thought they would.
Attending this program, this university, or workings beside kids and young adults, or studying under my advising teachers have all been factors--the outcome of those small words that gave action.
