Keysha Cruz

Greetings, My name is Keysha D. Cruz Rodriguez, I'm 19 years old and I'm from Las Piedras, Puerto Rico. I'm currently studying a Bachelor's degree on the Arts of Communications with a concentration on Graphic Design at theUniversity of Puerto Rico in Humacao. I hope to also make the other concentration available at my college that is Audio and Video if I have the opportunity. I also have a goal to continue with my studies after finishing this double concentration degree although I am not sure if this is what I really want to study. Having a good education is very important for me because we are currently experiencing a major economical crisis on our island, we are having hard times finding jobs if we don't have enough experience. It is also hard enough to find a job in the career you studied for and even harder if you only have just a degree or associate grade.

Every people have their own way of thinking, living, and seeing things. Through my eighteen years of life, my opinion about a lot of things has changed a lot. Before believing in what my parents taught me or other people, I took the decision at the age of sixteen of believing and following what I think was correct and necessary for me. Although many people like my mom didn’t liked the decision I made, it made me feel great. As of today, I can say that this is me, and I am comfortable enough with how I think, it is my opinion either way. My beliefs are very important to me because they made me who I am today.
