An accomplished Technical Writer with 25 years’ experience in the IT Industry. During this time, I completed Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Certificate IV in Quality Management & Assurance, Introduction to Capability Mature Model Integration, and ITIL level 3.
My Technical Writer roles captured senior business processes, ICT infrastructure, and training packages for Government, Defence and Corporate organisations, utilising technical writing, business analysis, tester, internal auditor and trainer skills.
These roles require analysis with inter-related processes/systems producing client-centric solutions based on best practice research and gap analysis findings.
I pride myself in producing high quality documentation for print and online use, tracking deliverables and ensuring these are presented in accordance with criteria.
