Kfir has more than 12 years of experience in Technology Start-up sector and has an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the 'Michlala Leminhal' an Israeli Collage.

Kfir has many years of experience in the cellular, internet, online software, and medical technology fields. Kfir founded Fruition LTD in 2004, which has funded and managed several of high-tech companies and raised millions of dollars for leading startups.

Over the years Kfir has managed high-tech start-ups in a variety of stages, from the early stage of constructing the business strategy (such as www.ticket2final.com) to companies in the second investment round that have already made initial revenue and penetrated the market (such as www.applicure.com).

Today, Kfir is involved on many levels within the company, beyond the day-to-day management; Kfir takes a position on the Board of Directors on behalf of the investors group in order to be involved in all levels of decision making for the best interest of our investor groups.

With an extensive amount of experience in Israeli technology start-ups, kfir is leading Fruition Investment Groups to bring in more investors, while screening for the most innovative and emergent start-ups that Israel has to offer.
