Kgopolang Sibeko

I am Teacher Kgopolang a young, energetic and passion driven student teacher. I am currently studying a Bachelor in Education at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa. I am in my third year of studies and I have acquired so many skills that can have a positive contribution to every learner's learning process. In my free time I enjoy volunteering at the local primary school to teach children how to read. I believe teaching even one learner to be literate can one day save a nation. I also enjoy photography so if I am not giving back my time to the community, I am capturing memories. I am passionate about teaching because I believe in making a difference in other people's lives and creating a positive impact. One way to do this is by using all the skills I have learned in my course and try my best to transform learner's lives for the better. My philosophy in teaching is “teach all and leave none behind”. I approach any lesson with methodologies that are inclusive to all diverse learners. I always keep in mind that learners are never the same, hence, they should all be taught in a way that is tailored to their needs. In this way everyone is given a fair opportunity to perform their best in their academics.
