Khadem Al Qubaisi

Khadem Al Qubaisi is an Emirati businessman. He is the former Chairman of the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), ormed by the Abu Dhabi government in 1984 to investin the energy and related sectors across the globe. Khadem Al Qubaisi was also chairman of Aabar, Arabtech and CEPSA.
