Over the last 18 years, I have helped organisations and governments find better ways to enable women and girls to emerge as leaders and changemakers. I have helped design, evaluate and improve programmes that work on the root causes of exclusion and discrimination in all parts of the world.

I help organisations ask the big questions and find solutions that are grounded in evidence and learning, but are fresh and innovative.

I am a feminist.

My passion is to find ways to increase equity and justice in the world through adaptive, open design and learning, and as such inspire greater commitment to change.

I have worked in Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Malawi and Ghana - and in other countries.

I live in Bristol - with my beautiful family and all our beloved pets.
