First thing: Excersize regularly At list 3 days per week one houre. who are not able to do excersige regularly thay can walk specially old age people, you can do yoga every day. Also another thing thing for the fitnes is food havit you have to give up first food bavarage & alcohol. eat fruits every day at list one apple which mantain you as a doctor. another thing is drink lots of water , & sleep at list 6 or & houres.
