Khaldoun Tabari

Khaldoun Tabari is a distinguished entrepreneur whose impact on the Middle Eastern real estate and construction industries is significant and lasting. His career is defined by visionary leadership and a commitment to excellence, shaping the growth of major cities across the region, such as Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha.

Tabari’s journey began after he earned a degree in Business Management and Engineering from the University of Colorado in 1973. He joined his family’s business, Ranya Trading & Contracting, in the UAE, where he gained hands-on experience in various industries, including construction, engineering, and pharmaceuticals. His role in the family business laid the foundation for his future entrepreneurial endeavors.

After gaining valuable experience, Tabari moved to London, where he served as Executive Director of Multiworld International, which exported electrical materials and consumer products. He also worked with International Marketing & Development Company (INMA) in Saudi Arabia, gaining further expertise in the contracting and mechanical services sectors. These roles expanded his knowledge of global business operations, setting the stage for his ventures in the Middle East.

In the mid-1980s, Khaldoun Tabari launched his businesses, starting with Tathniya (TEST) Electro-Mechanical Contracting in Saudi Arabia and later TEST Contracting in Dubai. His relentless work ethic and dedication to quality helped these businesses become influential players in the construction industry. Over time, he expanded into real estate development, focusing on large-scale projects that would transform the region's urban landscape.
