One of my favorite things to do is use my imagination. I love to look below the surface to identify the less than obvious; whether this is a creative solution, an innovative idea, an alternative direction, or just an out-of-the-box statement that makes someone laugh. I believe that imagination, like laughter, keeps us young; it is a powerful tool that we use to positively change the world.

My name is Kayla Hales. I am a technologist and researcher by trade. My mission has always been to positively support people with their communication and in their relationships. After almost 10 years doing this through information sharing, I now contribute to the development of products and/or services as a user experience (UX) researcher. I am motivated and equipped to apply my skills in a results-oriented company that turns innovative ideas into world class solutions that improve experiences, quality of life, efficiency, and/or productivity for users.
