Dr. Bajwa’s works span urban district master planning to large-scale mixed-use developments, civic and cultural venues, future-ready workplace interiors, campus planning, and residential development. Having rich exposure to property development process, he advises property developers for the right engineering/ planning/ architectural/ construction services and making sure that AEC industry expectations are being met professionally. He reckons that along with project-specific requirements, each client and site bring a unique set of planning and architectural challenges that influence the creative direction of design thinking and form the vision for design. He has a track record of teaming-up and collaborating with planning and design professionals, engineers, and project managers for conceiving and delivering end-to-end design and build services and undertaking delivery of unique solutions that respond directly to the clients’ and sites’ needs and are innovative, timeless, sustainable, functional, and appealing. With masters and PhD from Leuven, Belgium, and a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry, Dr. Bajwa contemplates on the contexts that city and architecture need to be continuously informed of, and interrogates the interrelations they possibly afford for inventive ideas of livability.
