Mr. Khalid Jassim Mohd Bin Kalban has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Dubai Investments PJSC since 1998 and serves as its General Manager. Mr. Bin-Kalban served as the Chief Executive Officer of Union Properties PJSC and has been its Chairman since December 2009. Mr. Bin Kalban serves as the Chairman of Al Taif Investments. He has been the Chairman of Arab Insurance Group (B.S.C.). since March 2014. Mr. Bin Kalban served as the Chairman of National General Insurance Company P.J.S.C. and EFG. He served as the Chairman of National General Insurance Co. PSC. He served as Vice Chairman of Union Properties PJSC until December 2009. Mr. Bin Kalban served as the Vice Chairman of Arab Insurance Group (B.S.C.) from April 2005 to March 2014 and has been its Director since May 1998. He has been a Director of Thuraya Satellite Telecommunications Company since April 2012. Mr. Bin Kalban serves as a Director of Dubai Investments PJSC. He serves as a Director of Takaful Re Ltd., National General Insurance Co. PSC and Emirates Bank International pjsc. Mr. Bin-Kalban has been a Director of Union Properties PJSC since April 22, 2008. He serves as a Director of Arcapita Bank B.S.C.(c), Investment Arm. Mr. Bin Kalban serves as a Director of First Energy Bank B.S.C.(c). He served as a Director of Saudi International Petrochemical Company and Bank of Beirut s.a.l. Mr. Bin-Kalban served as a Director of Thuraya Telecommunications Company since April 2012. He holds a B.Sc. from Metropolitan State College, USA and an Associate Degree of Arts with Business Management as major subject at Arapahoe Community College, USA.
