Musa Al-Amin
Ambassador in Nigeria
I hail from Northwestern Nigeria, where issues such as kidnapping, armed banditry, and marginalization are prevalent. As Research Director for NISECA Africa (Nazari Institute for Sustainable Energy and Climate Action for Africa), I am dedicated to addressing these challenges through innovative climate and energy solutions. I actively champion AI-based solutions to empower smallholder farmers and enhance food security.
In my home province, I founded an initiative focusing on Climate & Renewable Energy, Education, and Gender Equality. My work contributes to improving education, fostering economic empowerment, and advocating for clean energy access, aligning with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
As a passionate social innovator, I bridge the digital gap for African entrepreneurs, helping them scale their businesses. My background in Project Management and Data Analysis allows me to effectively manage projects and implement successful strategies.
I also serve as a Youth Ambassador for the World Summit Awards, representing my country, and as a Research Councilor for the Wheeler Institute for Business and Development. I have contributed to BBC African Eye documentaries as a storyteller.
Lastly, as Chief Visionary Officer of Wonder Sight Gallery, I bring over a decade of experience as a visual storyteller and cinematographer, committed to using my creative expertise for positive societal impact.
