Arman Khalili

Career entrepreneur and accomplished technology pioneer Arman Khalili currently serves as the Operational Advisor to Harbor Ridge Capital, LLC. His executive work with the mergers and acquisition advisory firm synthesizes Khalili's technical expertise with business acumen gained across nearly two decades as a leader within high-profile technology firms. Arman Khalili has consistently appeared at the forefront of commercial application of advanced technology in sectors ranging from electronic music distribution to high-security e-mail software, providing expertise as a computer scientist, salesman, and executive.

Before joining Harbor Ridge Capital, LLC, as a partner in 2011, Arman Khalili served as the Chief Executive Officer for UnitedLayer, LLC, a San Francisco-based company that he co-founded in 2001. Despite adverse economic conditions, UnitedLayer rapidly expanded to become the city's largest provider of retail co-location and managed services. After his galvanizing role heading the company's recruitment, vendor liaison, and finance operations, Khalili remained with UnitedLayer to ensure a successful acquisition in late 2010.

Arman Khalili's venture with UnitedLayer was the latest in a series of highly successful entrepreneurial roles. He has served as a founding member of both NextLayer Inc., which developed secure e-mail applications, and Sirius Solutions/Connections Inc., one of the San Francisco Bay Area's seminal Internet service providers. In his multifaceted responsibilities at the helm of these companies, Khalili mixed duties as a technological architect and developer with successful marketing and customer service efforts. During his five years with Sirius, the company reported annual growth in sales of 150%. In addition to his exploits as an entrepreneur, Khalili has also provided consulting and sales engineering oversight to companies including AT&T, MusicBank, and Apple Computers. Arman Khalili currently supplements his duties at Harbor Ridge, LLC, with a position in business development for AKIT Consulting Services.
