Kham graduated from University of Sydney with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Shortly after leaving university, she secured her first role as Marketing Assistant & Sales Support for York Airconditioning International. There she discovered her passion for marketing.

Kham continued to pursue her marketing career and worked her way up from Marketing Assistant to Marketing Manager in her 20 years corporate marketing experience. She has also invested many thousands of dollars in learning from some of the best marketers around the world including Russell Brunson, Mike Filsaime, Frank Kern, Neil Patel and Dale Beaumont.

Kham is big on personal development, having attended Tony Robbins Unleash The Power Within, Date With Destiny, Mastering Story Showing Bootcamp with Speakers Institute and continues to invest in her education and is a member of Business Blueprint. She has created hundreds of email marketing campaigns, implemented promotions, social media marketing, built websites, and various other marketing for large corporations such as Kennards Hire, Hitachi, EMPR and for many small business clients. Kham has over 20 years of hands on marketing experience and in early 2019, she has stepped out of her comfort zone and pursuing coaching. She is now ready to embrace the stage and share with the world her knowledge and expertise.
